Using a variety of sports massage techniques such as compressions, Muscle Energy Techniques, Myofascial release, trigger pointing, soft tissue release to combat built up muscle tension. Unless medical history has changed or it is your first visit (when a short consultation is necessary) you will be guaranteed 55mins hands on treatment time.
